Your Green Lawn is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent lawn care professionals. We do not provide lawn care services ourselves.
Lawn care professionals referred through the Site are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Your Green Lawn. Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the contractor you choose to hire.
We do not guarantee pricing, availability, response times, quality of service, outcomes, or results provided by third-party contractors. We may attempt to match requests to local pros, but we cannot guarantee a match.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request. You are responsible for verifying that any contractor you hire is suitable for your needs, including confirming licensing, insurance, and scope of work where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Green Lawn is not liable for any damages, losses, disputes, claims, injuries, or costs arising from or related to services performed by third-party contractors, including but not limited to property damage, unsatisfactory work, delays, or pricing disputes.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt service, submit false information, scrape content, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Any disputes between you and lawn care professionals you hire through our service are strictly between you and that contractor. Your Green Lawn is not a party to such disputes and has no obligation to mediate, resolve, or participate in any claims.
